HBP welcomes housing authorities within the Southeast and Southwest Regional Councils of NAHRO to participate in the plan. Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits are available to eligible housing authority employees/retirees and their dependents.

When the SERC and SWRC plans merged to become Housing Benefits Plan, the SERC plan and organizational documents were adopted, including the exemption letter from HUD as found attached, and therefore is still applicable to HBP.
